We will accept unused product with a return authorization approval number. To obtain a return authorization approval number please contact us via our contact us page and we will email you your return authorization approval number with instructions on how to return the product to us, where to ship it, etc.

If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 30 days of sale.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Due to international regulations, we do not ship handcuffs or strait jackets to Canada.

Unless otherwise stated we cancel backorders if any are on your order.
